I would like to provide my feedback (not a complaint) regarding my KOI “Macchi” app order on 18/01/2026 at KOI AMK Hub. Although my receipt shows a 1-for-1 voucher with a S$5.30 discount and a total order amount of S$12.60, the app charged me S$8.30 instead of the correct S$7.30, indicating a calculation error in the system. Attached is the KOI receipt for the wrong calculated amount as evidence.
Great customer experience. Friendly n patient staff. Love the caffeine free buckwheat milk T w chew2. Heathy with the great mouth feel of BBT. Location is good n convenient but not very ideal in case when raining or hot sun.
This joint is open air so it is really very warm whilst waiting for the drinks. It just gets worse when they always make lychee milk tea like normal tea(forget to put lychee syrup) and we had to pay extra monies and only know after reaching home… Once, they also make the wrong size for me and have to remember to ask the same person next time to top up size but if he not around, it is impossible- the process is not official… They really need to improve their quality checking and business processes …. otherwise, they are okay. Will be good if owner consider to move into the basement of the mall.
Disappointed with the poor service and attitude at this outlet. I understand that the staff who took my order might have been new and unsure whether a drink could come with double toppings — that’s fine. But what’s not acceptable is how another crew member rudely cut in, just said “cannot” with no explanation, and walked off mid-conversation. It was unprofessional and dismissive. Thankfully, a senior staff eventually stepped in and resolved the issue by refunding me, but the whole experience left a very bad impression. Please train your staff better in handling customers respectfully, especially when resolving misunderstandings.
Dreaming….. assuming arrogant staff…. I did mobile-ordered and the status was always at “Paid”, never progress to “Preparing”. Waited and waited. Two walk-in customers came and left with their drinks. Having waited enough, I approached and the staff ignored me. So I asked for my mobile-order, then I saw my drink already sitting at the counter. Never once, my order #759 was not displayed. The receipt indicated “#15”. Who the hell would know the order number became #15…..?!?!?! This kind of ignorance towards mobile order is ridiculous. Mobile order is for customers who did not want to wait and wish to just place order ahead and then pick up instantly when arrived at stores. Mobile order save your manpower for ordering too…. Wake up… Train your staff properly.
