Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a KOI outlet, and judging by other reviews, this seems to be a common issue at this branch. The store manager’s attitude was extremely unpleasant when we asked about the free gift from their ongoing promotion. He didn’t bother listening to our explanation, kept interrupting, and even raised his voice while insisting we were not eligible. We were simply trying to explain that the issue stemmed from the cashier who took our order and that we did in fact qualify. He eventually gave us the gift, but with obvious reluctance. This experience was very disappointing and far below what I expect from KOI. I won’t be revisiting this branch.
Should be a zero star if that feature is available. Like many other reviews, staff is not interested in providing a service. This time, it’s staff unwilling to even talk. When I told one of the ladies, my mobile order number was 21, she gave me a blank face. That’s okay, it’s a Saturday, she might be having a bad day. But I had a good day, I shall be the bigger person and wait patiently at the side. After waiting for 15 minutes, when the order printing machine is not generating any more orders, I gently asked, “is mobile order 21 ready?” She then slowly bring out my 3-cups order which was ready all these from the cooler bag. Like, hello?? I was waiting there all these while and she didn’t even bother call me out for my drinks? It’s beyond outrageous. Never go back
Bought a milk tea and found black unknown particles inside. This is completely unacceptable. It’s a hygiene issue and shows a lack of quality control. Definitely won’t be buying again.
Bough one milk tea from one of your branch at Bedok mall there around 2.01pm. The milk tea was good but one problem and that is important. Working in sales most important is your costumer service. Yes, today one of your chinese female worker attitude got problem, gave me my drink then when saying Thank you feels like she was reluctant to say it and she said it in a HARSH tone. I was like did i do something wrong? I just came to buy drink yo. KOI I don't know how many complain you got from costumers regarding your worker costumer service is, I don't care how long she work there but she needs to be taught on how to treat costumer good again. Good milk tea but worker attitude needs to be improved. Three stars for now is the best I can give for now. TQ
