If you order at the kiosk, there’s more options. The female cashier was very rude while taking our order. Drink was good, golden bubbles were tiny and a little too soft.
Bought a card that cannot be registered. Koithe.sg doesn't work too. Leaves accumulation feel like a scam.... and staffs give a super stupid explanation, insulting customers intelligent....last cup for me
Rude staff and bad services. The female staff with pony tail show her face like I owe her 1millions. The way she talk and instruct me to order with the kiosk is us rude and like telling me "ehh idiot there la. Why come here to order"
This outlet doesn't sincerely honour voucher redemptions. Claimed my once-a-year one-time Birthday voucher for the Red Bean Purple Rice Milk Tea. Gave me far less toppings than normal (I saw not just the marketing photo but other customer photo). I regret not snapping a pic - didn't take as I thought okay maybe marketing poster exaggerate the level of toppings, but then saw the red bean filled to the sides while it was just one thumb sized blot on mine. Couldn't even see any purple rice floating, unlike photos, entirely clear top. Very disheartening to support KOI and they treat the birthday offer as if you steal from them than a treat. What a birthday treat. Leaves a disgusted feeling towards your brand.
Service has definitely improved with the current team compared to before. Except for maybe 1 or 2 staff that were rather unfriendly. Have changed my rating to reflect the good work done. Thank you! 👍
