KOI has always been my favourite store! The staff here are super friendly and awesome every time I visit. I used to always order the Peach Oolong, but today the team recommended I try the Yakult Green Tea with Oolong Jelly — wow, I love it so much! Refreshing, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Definitely my new go-to drink! 💛 Good job guys — keep up the great service! 👏✨
A BIG "Thank you" to Shirley from Woodleigh Mall Branch for helping to change our order from Bendemeer to Woodleigh, though is not allowed. She did not hesitate to do so for us, even though the order was sent to Bendemeer instead of our regular joint (Woodleigh). Greatly appreciate for her kind deed. :)
Consistent quality and awesome staff. When ordering online, I navigated away from my cart and my order reverted to standard settings. The staff noted my dismay upon collecting, and offered to remake my order, which was a very kind thing to do, especially as it was my own fault for not checking the order before sending it in. Really appreciate the gesture - another reason to continue buying bbt from KOI!
Have been ordering of my all time fave bbt drink at this outlet. Recently continuously for 2 days went down to grab their bbt drinks. Especially for their newly launched bbt drink - uji matcha. Thks to the staff who reminded that I should get a set of the snoopy cups ❤
Waiting time is 20mins for 1 cup of bubble tea as staff prioritise delivery orders. Won't purchase here anymore
