Reviews
Koo Kee
Koo Kee has been a comforting go-to for many since young. Their yong tau foo and steamed rice sets are tasty, filling, and reasonably priced. They really are a gem, flavourful, generous, and ready in minutes. Service was warm and patient too. Just skip the drinks. Still one of the best spots for a quick, satisfying meal.
Ordered spinach YTF set $8.60 to add some fibre to the meal. Sadly, the portion of vegetables served were below my expectation for the price paid. Furthermore, spinach undercooked, stems were hard and fibrous. Not even lunch hours yet, but noodles seem cooked in advance, cold and all caked together…
Disappointed. Please change your condense milk to milkmaid for your milk tea. This will not happen if you use milkmaid. It doesn’t look pleasant. The service staff told the customer infront that this is not spoilt. You just need to stir it… 🤨
This ytf I have been eating for many years, from a kid to the adult now and I still enjoy it. I like both the clear soup and laksa yong tau foo, I usually go for the tau kee and tau pok. I also quite like their steamed chicken with mushroom and well as the healthy steamed beancurd with fish paste in soy sauce. The fried “ufo” is nice and tasty as well. And their Cheong fun is also good for a quick bite.
Ordered 1 set of set 4 and set 11, received one set without the spinach veg and also missing wu xiang. I'm charged $14.90 in total, really short change me. Super unhappy with this Nex outlet staffs.
