Kopitiam Food Hall
Many stalls offering good food here. I come here specially for the tang gui roasted duck. The western food that I ate today is great. The Hong Lim curry puffs and sardines also very good too. Will definitely come back for more and also to try out other stalls as well. Give it a thump up.
My friend and I usually come here specifically for the oysters, as they are fresh and pretty plump, which is a nice surprise for a food hall setting. They also have rice bowls, which are not bad overall, though I find them slightly on the salty side. All in all, it’s a convenient spot to grab a casual meal, especially if you’re craving oysters without going to a full restaurant.
My rating here is for the Ban Mian stall that sells fish spinach bee hoon soup. They were generous with the spinach and the bee hoon not overcooked. However, the fish was very disappointing. It tasted spongy, unlike fish.
Had claypot rice, it was interesting taste with their special sauce, though the price is on the high side, as is almost everything at the Kopitiam Food Hall.
Nice Bak kut teh at the Jem Kopitiam food court. They many different dishes including steam dishes, claypot rice etc. They have buddy meals too. This set is$12
