Kopitiam @ VivoCity

If you haven't visited this Kopitiam lately, the new look is a game-changer. It has been transformed into a vibrant, modern space that stands out from your typical food court. I was impressed by the wide selection and the inclusion of well-known branded stalls. It offers a great balance of variety and fair pricing, making it a strong contender for a meal whenever you’re at VivoCity.

Very nice and spacious food court with many seatings available in different style too. Quite atas food court. Food pricing was slightly above average but lots of varieties to choose from. Not the usual kopitiam food court we had around. We tried the Japanese Tonkatsu charsiu ramen. The broth was light and more localized flavour instead. The noodle texture wasn't as good as the authentic Japanese type but still it's a decent meal. (3.5 stars). Also tried the Taiwanese cuisine. We had the braised pork rice that comes with preserved vegetables and a hard boiled egg. Very localized taste too. Servings was generous though but the pork was too fatty and egg too hard resulting with the yolk quite dry. (3 stars). And a bowl of oyster Mee sua which was quite ok only with added vinegar otherwise not much of taste.(3 stars). Overall the food court was a 5 stars and would come back to try more food. 23.12.25

We tried a few different stalls and the Divine Chicken Stall was easily the highlight. Their Wan Zha Mian was packed with flavor, loaded with minced meat and chickpeas and the portion was generous too. We also gave the fish stall a try. The portion and taste were decent. The cai fan stall looked promising with lots of smoke and sizzling dishes that caught our eye but unfortunately the food was cold and quite average once served.

Conveniently located pretty much at the exit of the MRT, this food court is easily accessible, has a good range of food, drinks and dessert varieties and plenty of available seats. I had a pretty positive experience dining here. Stall operators were friendly and were quick in getting orders ready. The whole food court was clean and was very accessible. As with other food courts, it is self service with orders placed, paid and food, drinks or desserts collected at the respective stalls. From a food perspective, taste wise was decent and portion was reasonable for the price. I liked the food items I ordered.

The VivoCity B2 Food Court is a convenient and lively spot for quick and affordable meals. There’s a wide variety of local and international food options — from Japanese and Korean to local Singaporean favorites — so it’s easy to find something for everyone. The seating area is spacious and relatively clean, though it can get quite crowded during lunch and dinner hours. Prices are reasonable considering the mall’s location, and most stalls serve food fairly quickly. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a good mix of food options without spending too much time or money. Great for families, shoppers, or anyone wanting a quick, satisfying meal before continuing around VivoCity.
