Krispy Kreme

The staff there are friendly and easygoing. Their customer service is good as well. Would love to buy krispy kreme donuts from them. I love the xmas tree theme donut and the original flavour donut!! 😋😋😋😋

What a disappointment. Finally deciding to try after ignoring about 10 occasions before, should have just stayed away. Recommending all to do the same. This outlet is a cancer to the name of this establishment simply because of the infuriatingly shoddy service. Not even a turn of the machine to allow me to scan to pay at a cashless establishment, nor any smiles, warmth or regard to experience. Simply disrespectful and honestly felt rather uneducated, to be blunt.

There was a fly lingering around the donuts and not just these glazed donuts but others as well. I decided to inform the man behind the counter about it just to let him know and I was immensely shocked by his response, "I cannot do anything about the fly, you don't want the donut then don't buy". Such an inappropriate attitude from someone working in Fnb, I had just wanted to politely feedback to him and I expected a reply within the lines of "I'm so sorry! Where is it?". He's not suitable for this job and I didn't manage to capture his name as he wasn't wearing his name tag. Such service affects the safety of the food, not to mention, that is not how you should be replying to a customer!

I had the matcha crispy cream donut. It must be several days old.The donut was tough. I don't recommend this place.

Donuts are always good, service was quite fast, but the seats are hogged by patrons who had already finished their food and drinks but refused to leave and staff did nothing to remedy the situation. The iced hazelnut latte was very sweet.
