Ultra LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE! Went to collect my pick up order.. All 3 of them.. treated me as transparent.. No words , No Verification and No acknowledgment.. No im not a superstar or VIP that needs a bow down gesture. BUT IM YOUR PAYING CUSTOMER WHO DESERVE A PUNY ATTENTION TO VARIFY MY PICK UP ORDER. NOT HAPPY DON'T WORK . Among those 3 ladies, 1 could be the kiosk manager or store leader, how shameful.. Higher management, please re-train your manager and staffs.. No such issues from other outlets so far..
Lousy customer service. Items are ready but just leave it there and not calling the number. Standing there for another 5 to 10 min and I approached the staff. Then unwilling saying is over there but the receipt is different from mine and number didn't call for me.
The staff looks done with life and anyhow made my drink. Lazy and lousy attitude
Tried the new fluffy light milk tea cloud series today. Used the 2 free 1 voucher to try 3 of the 4 flavours available - Jasmine Light Milk Tea Cloud, Osmanthus Light Milk Tea Cloud & Orchid Light Milk Tea Cloud. The tea tasted v refreshing, fragrant and definitely a healthier choice as compared to the usual milk tea. However, I wasn't able to taste the creamy foam or powder / flowers on top. Service at the bedok mall outlet is certainly good! Keep it up!
