Today (18/01/2026) ⭐ Bad experience overall. Drink was made incorrectly. Asked for 50% Sugar and what did I get… 0% Pearls were undercooked, and staff didn’t seem interested in fixing the issue & show attitude. Definitely not worth the wait.
4 stars for the poor female staff working, 1 star for the management that doesnt know how to plan the roster. long queue but only one lady working 🥺 as of 18oct, 5pm
I’ve had enough of the slow service at the LiHO Tea IMM outlet. Ordered a single $5.90 drink via the app — said it would take 10 minutes, ended up waiting 25 minutes. And this happens way too often. Only a few customers were waiting (4–6), but staff were busy cleaning the shop during peak hour instead of preparing orders. It’s clear that customer experience isn’t the priority here. If the app says 10 minutes, then stick to it — or update the estimate to reflect reality. No point promising fast service and delivering the opposite. Extremely frustrating. Disappointed again. If this is the standard, it's a shame.
I was dissatisfied with the service provided by the Indian lady who took my order today. I requested a large Milk Tea but received a Medium instead. When I asked for a change to a large, she consented, yet displayed an unpleasant demeanor. Her expression was devoid of any smile. Additionally, her manner of handling the drink conveyed irritation. It is important to remember that you work in a food and beverage customer service role. At the very least, please exhibit kindness and respect.
Tried the signature coffee n it was soooooo bad. Wasted $4. Tasted just like coffee water. Watched the server preparing it which was too much for a small cup. But she still poured all of it into the cup and let it overflow instead of just pouring the volume of the cup. Not that it would improve the taste but pls don't try the coffee!
