Really appreciate and gotta commend the service at HG outlet today! There was a system error with my pre-order ( at least order 30-40mins in advance) and my drink wasn’t ready when I arrived to pick up, but Yong Jie handled it so well. He patiently explained the issue, offered a solution right away, and made sure it was taken care of. His sincerity and effort really made the difference—it turned a potentially bad experience into a good one. This is the type of service most places lack of tbh. Thank you Yong Jie and Liho for training out a good staff! Cheers! 💪

One of my favourite bubble tea outlets around this area. Shop is clean, tidy and most important the service rendered by most of the staff here is excellent! Especially Ms. Linh who can remember what is my usual favourite drink and sweetness level. Please keep up the good work... Thanks!💯👍

Frequent the store. The ladies are nice but I had a terrible experience with the male staff who raised his voices when taking the order and also after preparing the drink rather than asking if I needed the plastic bag like a normal person, the fellow just raised his voice to ask if I wanted a bag while I was just seated at the bench.
