male staff who shall not be named (5 letter name…) scrimping on toppings for everyone including me in the line, girl in front of me only got tiny flakes of biscoff before a person with her raised the issue to another staff member. he gave me 5 tiny pieces of watermelon, 4 mini chips ahoy and if that is acceptable by llao llao standards then all i can say is it’s disappointing
My first time eat Llaollao , and forever love , event in the airport also bought again can’t leave Llaollao. Plz come to open branch in Thailand 🇹🇭 I must be buy 2 times per day
Best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had! We don’t have llao llao in Thailand, so every time I visit Singapore, I always make sure to get one. You can choose from three portion sizes to suit your appetite, and there’s a wide variety of toppings and sauces to customize it. Toppings include a variety of fresh fruits, Oreo crumble, KitKat, M&M’s, and more, along with several sauce options. Prices are reasonable too! The Suntec branch is just a small store with no seating available, so be prepared to take it to go. That said, the place is very clean and the staff are kind, which makes the experience even better.
When you arrive in Singapore, you must eat yogurt. Order the medium size and you will get 3 toppings of your choice. The taste is very delicious.
Hi, I would like to share some feedback regarding the service at your outlet. I have been visiting llaollao almost every week for the past three years, but recently I had a disappointing experience with a new staff member named L****l. Today, while adding the pistachio sauce, he scraped the sides of the container and served barely two half-spoons. When I mentioned that we usually receive two proper spoonfuls, he insisted that what he gave was already two spoons. His attitude and the extremely minimal serving were quite surprising and honestly quite disappointing. As paying customers, we expect consistency and a basic level of courtesy. I hope the management can look into this matter, as experiences like these affect the overall trust and satisfaction with the brand. I will definitely not go to this branch for sure!
