Unpleasant experience with an older male staff member today. All I wanted was a tub of chili crab sauce, but I was ignored when I went to the counter. The guy continued fulfilling earlier orders, going through three order slips without acknowledging my presence. As I could see a queue of slips still waiting. I spoke up to place my order. He continued as if he hadn't heard me. I repeated myself, and he finally shot back rudely "I know, I know!" Later, as he was keying in my order, I mentioned I just needed the tub and no bag. He looked at me and again impatiently replied "I know, have to wait for the kitchen to prepare!" However, he then went into the kitchen and returned with a half-filled tub. As I didn't want to agitate him further, I apologized and even thanked him, thinking he was helping me get my order quickly. He did not reply. When I got home, I discovered a thick layer of oil floating on top of the roughly 50ml of "sauce"! It dawned on me that he was probably being spiteful rather than helpful.

I have ordered a meal of With Fries, (DL) Alaska Pollock, 2pc Chicken & 2pc Shrimp meal, - 1pc Original Alaska Pollock, 2pc Original Chicken and 2pc Original Shrimp meal, - Fanta Grape (Regular) and very very dissapointed when it came..i was so unhappy and could not eat it and threw it away, The chicken was dark as if it have been fried several time, the fries is super hard, the fish coated is not cook as it have some flour on it, it all wasted , like seriously ..im so hungry and getting the gastric pain at that time , i cant believe it when the time i open the food. I tried to email panda food but no news and reply about it, i dont know where and who to report this thing, LJS please look into your staff how they present the food as it could have tarnish your fast food.

An average sized LJS outlet located at Tampines Mall. Visited in the afternoon, the self order kiosk worked well and I received my food quite fast. The meal tasted nice, the fries were crispy and chicken coated with spice was cooked well. Affordable and filling food I like 👍✨🍗

It must have been more than 15 years since I last ate LJS. Service here is unfriendly. Won't take your order at the counter. Food arrived quickly after making my order at the self service kiosk. The fish is way too salty and not crispy like before. The coleslaw tasted fine but I prefer the one from the chicken chain. The tea is from a tea bag. Price is cheap but won't be eating here again.
