Mamma Mia Trattoria E Caffè (Suntec City)

Visited on a weekday during office lunch hours and luckily got a table right away. Went with a colleague who’s a fellow foodie and enjoys outdoor dining. Food: • Mafalda Pasta with Truffle Cacio e Pepe – absolutely delicious! The creamy sauce was rich and flavorful, and the almond garnish added a lovely nutty crunch in every bite. • Lemon Butter Prawn & Parsley Risotto – light, refreshing, and creamy with a surprising hint of cucumber. The prawns didn’t add much flavor, but the risotto itself was excellent. • Linguine Aglio e Olio with Chicken – a miss. The chicken was bland, didn’t pair well with the pasta, and the sauce lacked depth. • Potato Wedges – average, and we couldn’t finish them as we were already full. Ambience & Service: The ambience was just okay — tables are placed quite close, so it doesn’t feel as cozy as you’d expect from an Italian bistro. Service could be much better. The waitress was quite rude, ignored our request for tissues (we eventually took some from an empty table ourselves), and oddly skipped offering us cheese while doing so for others. Overall: An average dining experience for true food lovers, but the Mafalda pasta and risotto are worth coming back for.

Had the all-day $28.90 set meal. Loved the oyster mushrooms, loved the simplicity of it and i haven't had this dish anywhere else Not a fan of the truffle Alfredo lasagna, it was too doughy/floury/mushy for me, very jelat. But i LOVED that the chef bothered to crisp the top of the lasagna. That was its saving grace, please keep doing it. Maybe make the layers thinner. The chocolate bar had an impressive entrance but it was meh i guess. Loved the service! I want to come back to try their signature pastas and drinks The Atmosphere can get a little noisy but its bearable

ordered spaghetti with turkey strip and chicken carbonara, and mafalda pasta with truffle cheese and pepper. food was tasty and portion is enough to feel full. the food taste better with a drizzle of their homemade chilli oil. the server immediately checked for any dietary restrictions/allergies to make sure the dining experience a good one. didn’t waited for too long for the food to be served. server also checked if my dining experience was good. dined in at 7.30pm on a friday night, it was quite packed but that doesn’t stop from the dining service to drop. overall, 5/5. would recommend others to come.

Came here for dinner with fam and kids. Easy to order, food comes very fast, nice presentation and tastes delicious. All adults and kids love it. The staff Karla is friendly and approachable.

First time stepping into Mamma Mia, a cosy place specialising in pasta 🍝 We ordered Chicken Katsu Linguine, Egg Cheese & Pepper Tortiglioni, and Spaghetti with Turkey Strips & Chicken Carbonara. The portions were satisfying, and the flavours were comforting—especially the creamy pastas. A nice spot for pasta lovers and casual dining. Would come back to try other pasta dishes next time 😊
