Mamma Mia Trattoria E Caffè

Dined at this restaurant with a friend over Christmas and it was nothing short of amazing. The pasta was cooked to a nice al dente, and the pizza was very great as well. The authenticity of the Italian food served at this restaurant brings me back to the authentic restaurants on the streets of Italy. The price was also rather reasonable so one can find affordable and authentic Italian food being served at this place. The servers were also very professional and friendly. The wine selection and quality however could be improved.

I have no idea why this place has so many rave reviews. What I ordered was the Mafalda Pasta with Truffle Cacio e Pepe but what I received was the world’s blandest pasta. It tasted like they just boiled the pasta and used the pasta water as seasoning with an added drop of truffle oil. Horrible, never returning to this chain. My group had some other pastas and sides which were alright and decently flavourful but I think all your offerings should at least be comparable to each other but this is really a drastic and shocking difference. This 1star is solely for the food, which as a restaurant should take precedence over the service and ambiance, which were both rather pleasant.

I came here with 4 other people and everything was perfect. As for the food, i recommend the lamb shank tomata pasta, mushroom soup and pana cotta. It was amazing and it had it bursts of flavours. As for the service, all the staff were so nice and friendly. I noticed that a line was picking up outside the store but the staff remained calm and professional, smiling. As for the atmosphere we came at 8-843pm and got to enjoy the waterfall show which made it a cozy enjoyable night Best day ever !! ⭐️🫶🏻

Had a lovely dinner at Mamma Mia! @ Jewel Changi Airport with my family (5 adults). Total bill was about $250, which felt reasonable for the generous pasta portions. Cozy ambience, friendly staff and the desserts were really delicious. Definitely worth the price and a place I’d return to.

Was craving for good pasta, this place has high reviews on google. portion sizes are good 👍 food is goood 👌 service is great especially by the wait staffs on 23/11 especially Erick ! Shout out to him! hope he gets the recognition he deserves. When you’re having a a bad day sometimes little things like that makes it better. Thanks 🙏
