McDonald's Bedok Mall

Hi, I’d like to highlight that the large fries at McDonald’s Bedok are consistently the same size as the medium. This has happened many times. Please look into the portion standards, because customers are not getting what they’re paying for. Every time I order takeaway, this is the amount of “LARGE” fries I receive — the pocket is only half filled. At this point, I’m honestly not sure whether I ordered large fries… or large pockets with bonus air. Goodness!

Ordered takeaway today from Bedok Mall mcd at 4pm. This is not the first time that the serving of the fries are pitifully small. I did not double check when staff handed me the takeaway order as i was in a rush. Super disappointed. Also did not give me any ketchup sauce although i req for it

McDonald’s @ Bedok Mall is always bustling — like a battlefield during peak hours! Huge respect to the staff who do their best to keep up with the constant stream of orders and demanding crowds. Even with self-order kiosks in place, the overwhelming demand during lunch and dinner (especially weekends) is very clear. I’ve never seen this outlet quiet during a mealtime rush, and unfortunately, that pressure does seem to affect the quality of food served. It’s a bit of a pity, because outside of peak hours, the food is actually served hot, fresh, and up to standard. I really hope McDonald’s will consider investing in more automation or additional manpower to better support the hardworking crew during busy periods. They’re doing their best — they just need a bit more support to keep the standards consistent. UPDATE: I just tried their new smoky beef burger and first the vegetables came on top of the burger (i manually put it back in), and the beef patty is so thin, you might as well rename it skinny beef burger

absolutely love the vibe of the outside takeaway counter one time got mental guy shouting fiiled with lights alot of people walking by abd overall vibe plus the food was pretty good and the cashier serving the takeaway counter was a sweet old lady very kind and welcoming

Tried McDonald’s at Bedok Mall and ordered the 6-piece fried chicken, double cheese mushroom burger 🍔, chicken burger, chicken nuggets, iced tea 🧋, and French fries 🍟. Everything tasted good and was satisfying overall. The fried chicken was juicy and tender, but I felt it was cooked about 90% and could have been a bit more done. 🍗 The chicken nuggets were below average in taste and not very impressive. 😕 There was quite a long wait for the food. ⏳ Ambience and cleanliness get 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐. Overall, a good experience for a quick bite! 👍
