I don't give reviews to Mcdonald's normally, because there is nothing outstanding, exclude the food. But this branch did really make me surprised! I didnt remember the name, but there is a chubby gal with spec, who is so friendly, helpful, polite and hardworking. I was very happy to be served by her. Thank you so much! This place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was delicious too. not over-fried and in good presentation. i was having a very good dining experience. Would revisit definitely.
A very nice, clean and spacious McDonald outlet on a quite a quiet Thursday morning. Order a normal value meal and opted for table service via the app. Was served by a staff named Bruce and he was very friendly, polite and professional, not just to me but almost all patrons he come into contact with. Besides asking me to enjoy my meal, but also reminded me that there is free flow coffee, tea until 11am, and also wishing me a good day ahead. He was also walking around asking customers if anyone of us like a refill. Very 5 stars and someone who really take pride in his job, no matter how big or small is. Whenever he is near the door or the bin, he will also help with clearing the tray and even opening the door for customers. I hope if anyone who see this and come across Uncle Bruce, to say thank you to him and wishing him a good day too.
Ordered the Prawn Tom Yum Feast at $11.85 consist of a Prawn Tom Yum burger, 4 pc fish nugget, one medium fries and one small coke. Affogato at $3 taste sweet and aroma coffee taste. Environment is neat and tidy and quite spacious with sofa seating. Table service is fast too within 5 to 10 minutes.
I am very disappointed with your service. I clearly ordered a chicken burger, but I was served a beef burger instead. This is a serious mistake, especially as some customers have dietary or religious restrictions. I've experienced poor service, and I am honestly fed up. I hope you will look into this issue seriously and ensure better accuracy and service quality in the future.
Pretty consistent food offering and located in between both Jem and Westgate. It’s a relatively big outlet with 2 floors so comes with many seats. We managed to get seats easily on a Sunday morning, and really like the peaceful atmosphere here. We used table service for our food and the uncle who served our food was friendly polite and helpful. Overall great and clean outlet
