McDonald's Vivocity

Review of McDonald’s @ VivoCity I’m in love with the newly expanded space — it feels modern, spacious, and much more visually appealing than before. The extra room makes dining here far more comfortable, especially during peak hours. That said, I really miss the crispy chicken burger 🍔 and the criss-cut fries. Hopefully, both make a comeback someday!

Clean interior because it’s newly renovated unlike the one at bedok mall. Order came extremely fast (less than 5 mins wait time), also unlike the one at bedok mall where i can wait more than 1 hour for my order. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful, offered to help us clear our tray. Definitely one of the best mcdonald’s outlet i’ve patronised and will come by again!

Time of Order (via self-order kiosk): 9.30pm From where we were waiting, we could see what seemed like our order, fully prepared sitting on a tray at 9.31pm at the back, ready to be served to customers. It turned out that it was really our order. Your staff finally decided to serve our order at 9.48pm, calling out our order number - 17 minutes after 9.31pm. We saw clearly everything that was happening during this time: During the duration of the wait, your staff chose to serve lots of other customer orders, while choosing to leave our order stuck at the back. Also, 2 of your crew managers did inspect order to see that all items were present. Why is this so?

Newly reopened. But table seats are quite near one another and cramp. They have free small fries (in mcd app) with any purchase, likely vivo reopening special.
