MOS Burger

i love this outlet. the staff here put heart in cooking food to their best, so i come here after work from marine parade all the time. because the only other outlet i know that cooks deliciously like this is harbourfront centre.

Food at Mos Burger is generally delicious which is great. The presentation though at this outlet needs improvement as can be seen from the pictures of my burgers 🍔. The restaurant is small and with social distancing in place limits the number of seats for diners especially during peak hours.

As much as i love food from mos burger, the service here is such a let down. 2 staff in the kitchen, one is busy prearing orders and the other is at the rear doing who knows what. Waited at the counter for 10minutes no one willing to come take order. Please do something about this, this is truly atrocious. This is no longer fast food, emphasis on the fast

The reviews for this branch seems really bad but when I visited on a weekday night all was good. My burger was freshly prepared and delicious. Soup is good too. I had the corn chowder with chili crab burger combo and it was yums. It costs about $9 I think.

Seldom have Mos Burger, decided to try today. Its was a disappointing experience 😔 1st : from self ordering screen, I ordered a combo set, not knowing its just a burger with 1 small piece of pudding. The word "COMBO" is so misleading, NO DRINK, NO FRIES ! Yet charge at $10.10!!! 2nd : the Q number is not displayed in the restaurant, I need to walk up & down from my seat to the counter in order to check my order. 3rd : The counter staff dont work smart, there is no napkin & no chillies source on my order tray, I need to go round the restaurant to look for them, not any. I have to go back Counter ask from the staff then they gave to me ( Isn't this a protocol to serve them together when order is out????) 4th : The burger served is cold! really disappointing !!! 5th : The pudding is as hard as rock !
