Review of Mr. Coconut – Deeply Disappointed by Staff Conduct I had a very unpleasant experience at Mr. Coconut that left me both shocked and appalled. While watching my order being prepared, I saw with my own eyes that one of the staff—who had golden-colored hair—dropped something during the process and scooped it back into the cup without any hesitation. Naturally, I was taken aback. What made things worse was her reaction. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or showing any professionalism, she stared at me in a confrontational and hostile manner. It was incredibly inappropriate, especially given that she was the one in the wrong. Her behavior escalated further—she threw the entire cup into the sink, ice crashing loudly, and continued to glare at me as if I was the problem. This level of attitude is simply unacceptable for any service environment. Mr. Coconut really needs to relook their staff training and standards—basic hygiene and respect for customers should never be compromised. I walked away feeling frustrated and disgusted.

Big fan of Mr Coconut. This is hands down, way better than brands like Chagee, Liho, Gongcha or some other tea chain. What's not to like... you get a milky coconut note, dominant throughout, rich and creamy, albeit with annoyingly crunchy coconut fleshy bits that personally I could do without but I hate to think that it somehow enhances the flavour of the drink. Love to have it with the additional scoop of ice cream. I'm partial to the coffee-flavoured version too... almost reminiscent of a cafe latte. The only downside is how Mr Coconut is really a meal in itself and if, like me, you fill up fast, well, there goes any hope of stuffing in a burger after this delicious drink. What about having it as a dessert you say? Well, I've tried that and ended up like a bloated blabbering balloon for the next 3 hours. On a positive note, it can be treated like a meal and drink in one. Refreshing as hell and I could definitely see this brand do really well if they did pop-ups at gyms and marathon events. Great alternative to H-Two-O or Gatorade.

A smile costs nothing. purchasing a simple coconut shake becomes a nice experience when the staff serves with a smile. As for the product, pretty standard across the island. Nothing we dont know about.

Felt fresh.however, small cocunut pearl were quite large, making it uncomfortable to sip the drink each time. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of ice kachang at the bottom, which disrupted the overall balance of the beverage.A smaller size for the coconut balls would have been much more manageable and enjoyable. Moreover, providing a spoon would have been very helpful for clearing the glass, especially with the large coconut balls and the abundance of ice kachang. Overall, while was flavors were pleasant as always, the size of the coconut balls and the amount of ice made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. Tks

Congrats on your opening. But sorry to say your service staff were extremely slow - the one making drinks at the back was taking her own sweet time even when the blender was done, holding up the queue. And the stall ran out of large cups. The most important inventory that affects all your sales - considering most orders consist of large cups, how can you run out on a Monday evening when the mall is half empty?
