Besides the 'not so polite' staff..dessert was disappointing.. Ordered No 18 Aww in One Cup. The black pearl, milkball, mini taro Q and taro balls, tasted funny. Not chewy but hard. Frozen over the 'best before period'? Hmm 🤔🤔 Totally different from the Nine Fresh at Jewel..

A young female Chinese staff was patient to explain the difference between #1 and #9 which I pored looking up and down the menu. There was no queue at 12 plus noon on a Monday. She also asked if I have a loyalty card and offered me one to stamp future purchases with the date announced. You can either build your own bowl or choose the pre-determined options that are more value for money. The cream adds an additional fragrance and velvety taste to grass jelly bowl. #1 costs $2.90 which is value for money and filled to the brim.

Extremely rude staff. When i arrived, 2 staff are quarrelling and shouting loudly at each other in the presence of customers. When it’s my turn to order, one of them took my order and clearly in a bad mood cos she just fought with her colleague, so she vent her anger on me by serving me extremely rudely. Dismissed my questions with ‘what do you mean?’ Horrible encounter and is not the first time. Went there a few times and staff always have bad attitude

I find it quite difficult to locate the outlet. It’s on B1, beside 张亮，nearby Encik Tan, which is the upper level of the B2 kiosk cluster. But there’s a tall table beside the shop, so you can eat on the spot if you want. I usually buy their Sip & Go series so I can drink it while shopping.
