Food is so so so soooo bad, pork ragu pasta was not al dente at all, just overcooked and soggy. Veggies were hard and I don’t think they were cooked at all. Sauce was meh, pork was minimal. Felt like it came out of a microwave. 7-11 do better. Too overpriced for 24.90, still have gst and service charge. Truffle fries were meh. Parmesan cheese was store bought and just carelessly added, no truffle at all, for 18.90, it’s a scam. Saving grace was that it came hot. Juice and smooth were decent, overpriced for pre made syrup, not even real fruits for $12..?? Tho the tea sucks. Will not come back
Right smack in the middle of the mall, a convenient place to chat, surrounded by people 🤗 Had a good hour of catching up with Ronald Chew after 22 years. We have certainly grown older, white hair are showing 😆 Anything striking in the menu? 🤔 Yes, found it in the list of coffee - Magic (S$6.00) The magic that I felt was the warmth of welcome by Ronald as we updated each other and filled up the missing years. We just continued where we left 2 decades ago. That's a special thing, if you've had the chance to experience it 👍 In between our chat, munched on a bowl of Nachos (S$18.80). Crunching the snack in the mouth while crunching our heads to fill up on the activities. A pleasant place to meet, over food & drinks, accessible by MRT. Check them out 👌
Out of the four foods that i ordered, only two of them stood out. The wagyu bolognese and the Eggs Benedict. Both dishes have good flavour and are really good compared to the other places i have gone to. But the King Prawn was not as good- there was way too much garlic, the pasta was overcooked and was super soggy and i couldn’t even twirl it on my fork because it kept breaking off. I wasn’t able to try the wagyu beef burger so i have no say but my friends say it’s very good. True truffle fries for me were not that good but only because the flavour was too overwhelming. I would say the price is very expensive considering the portion size and the quality of food. Also tried the cookie and subway does it better and it’s not worth the $5.80, especially since it’s just one big thick cookie that’s the size of a subway one. Should come if you like meat, not pasta. The shakes were good though, the nutella shake was very refreshing.
Despite having good service the food is merely average. Nothing to rave about. Burger is alright while the salad and pastas ordered are edible. Salad looks sad and croutons are burnt or just stale. Soupy pastas. Kitchen lost its soul.
30/8/25 We ordered Iced latte, piccolo latte, rainbow cake and sea salt fries. The food and drink tasted ok.
