We enjoyed our boiling hot when served, comforting & nourishing soup for dinner. Recommend to try. Great service! Gamjatang Pork Bone Soup $17.90 is quite tasty. The Pork back bone (not a lot of meat) stew contains perilla leaves & one piece of potato & seasoning with perilla seeds. A good level of spicy that I enjoyed. Non-spicy Kimchi radish, seasoned bean curd & quill eggs at the side. So Gomtang Ox Bones soup $21.90. The broth is creamy milky by sight is rich in collagen and marrow due to long shimmering of the bones. Expected to be blend to the original taste, pepper & salt is provided to season to our liking. Additional noodles is a happy plus. Thick dipping sauce for the thinly beef slices. Drop the whole bowl of rice into the soup for a filling tummy.
We had a really satisfying meal here with comforting Korean food that even our parents would enjoy. Everything tasted clean, hearty, and well cooked, and we’ll definitely be back. The Wang Galbi Gomtang had a deep, clear broth and very tender beef ribs that fell off the bone. It tasted even better with their homemade dipping sauce. The Seafood Tofu Stew was comforting and flavorful, with silky tofu and fresh seafood. It wasn’t too spicy and paired really well with rice. We also tried the So Galbi Jjim, which is a must-order. The braised short ribs were very tender and coated in a rich, savory-sweet sauce. The side dishes like sweet quail eggs and Korean fish cake were a nice addition and completed the meal well. Overall, great Korean comfort food and highly recommended.

Food is pretty good and service is quick. During lunch and dinner hours the queue can be quite long so can expect a slight wait. Once you’re at the table you order from the QR code and then pay before they serve the food. Pretty straight forward system and it’s great to dine and leave without having to bother the staff with getting the bill. Turnover of customer is pretty quick so the wait for a table isn’t that long.
I wouldn't rate this as the best gomtang that I've had. Ordered three broth namely The signature Doenjiang Jiigae , Kimchi Jiigae and Gamjatang. Only Gamjatang hit the spot with its slightly thicker broth and also more flavourful in my opinion. The pork ribs are cooked till soft and easily tear apart. Doenjiang and Kimchi Jiigae sadly didn't really leave an impression! The kimchi jeon was good , crispy on the outside and fluffy when eaten. The dipping sauce complements really well with the pancake. The So Galbi jjim( beef ) was the highlight of the meal. Meat was flavourful, tender and the accompanying ingredients like rice cake literally melts in your mouth, lotus root and mushrooms all soaked up the flavour of the braising sauce. Overall, we find the ala carte dishes outshine the Gomtang more. Will I return again? Probably not. However, I would say the prices are very reasonably priced.
