Had such a satisfying meal here. The flavours were clean, comforting, and full of depth, exactly the kind of Vietnamese food that makes you want to come back again. Everything tasted fresh, well balanced, and not overly heavy, with that perfect mix of herbs, warmth, and fragrance. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was casual but welcoming, making it a great spot for both a quick meal or a relaxed catch up. Portions were generous and the quality was consistent across the dishes we tried. If you love Vietnamese food, this place is definitely worth a visit. I will be back.

A symphony of flavors - sweet, sour, tangy and unami - play harmoniously on the palate👍👍👏👏😋😋 We're so stuffed that desserts are dropped for the first time;) - Earl Grey Milk is pretty good👍👏😋 - Chicken Bánh Mì Set makes a hearty meal! Bánh Mì, loaded with flavorful, tender chicken slices, pickled and fresh veggie filling, has the perfect crunch with a little heat aftertaste from the jalepeños! Short baguette is fresh and nicely toasted - golden crust is thin, crackly and very crisp outside with super light and pillowy fluffy interior. Every part of this sandwich is so tasty! The set comes with a nice side choice of 2-pc Fresh Spring Rolls with Prawn and Refreshing Tea. Summer rolls are light and refreshing with a satisfying crunch; dipping sauce enhances each bite. Delish👍👍👏👏😋😋 - Grilled Chicken Chop Rice, served with egg meatloaf, pork floss and fresh salad (lettuce, pickled carrots, pickled daikon radish), is a quinessential staple rice dish. Well-marinated chicken is smoky street-style grilled and has a lovely lemongrass flavor. Fresh salad is crunchy and vegetal sweet. Soft, tender egg meatloaf has a decent eggy sweet-savoury salty flavor while a tangy spicy dipping sauce of fish sauce and chili completes this dish. I visited Paper Rice at Plaza Singapura and ordered their Beef Combination Pho, which turned out to be a comforting and satisfying meal. The broth was clean, fragrant, and well-balanced , light enough to drink yet still rich with beefy depth. It didn’t feel overly salty or heavy, which I appreciated. The combination of beef cuts added variety in texture, from tender slices to slightly chewier pieces, and everything tasted fresh. The rice noodles were smooth and springy, soaking up the broth nicely without turning mushy. Condiments were served on the side, allowing you to customise the pho to your own preference. A squeeze of lime and a touch of chilli elevated the flavours without overpowering the broth. The herbs added freshness and a pleasant aroma that rounded out the dish. The space at Plaza Singapura is casual and modern, making it an easy spot for a quick meal while shopping. Service was efficient, and food arrived promptly despite the crowd. While this isn’t a pho that aims to be ultra-traditional or intensely bold, it’s a dependable and enjoyable option for those craving a warm bowl of Vietnamese comfort food in town. I’d happily return for a fuss-free pho fix and explore their other rice and noodle dishes.

Atmosphere is good. We can see that the owner puts efforts on decorating the restaurant. Quite spacious and comfortable. Order vegetarian stir fried vegetables, mushroom fried rice and vegetarian spicy pho. All vegetarian and surprisingly all are tasty! Will definitely come back again.

I’m usually not very particular about food, but I was quite disappointed with the experience here. Many of the positive reviews don’t feel reliable, as they seem to be influenced by the free spring rolls offered. I tried the bánh mì, which was bland and dry, with very little going on .I’ve definitely had much better elsewhere. The pho was similarly underwhelming and lacked depth of flavour. The most disappointing dish was the grilled scallops and prawns. The prawns had a mushy texture and didn’t require any chewing, which suggests they were either overcooked or not fresh. I’m not sure if I ordered the wrong items, but overall, the food was not great. I only recommend the grilled chicken which is tender and nice:/
