Great and nice food. The smell on my clothes is really strong and stays long after the meal. Would be nice if prices are more reasonable.
Pepper lunch has been around for a long time and I finally tried it. I bought a discount voucher. It’s quite fun to cook the doneness. The hotpot also charred the rice which was very nice! I loved it, this burnt crispy texture. But after sitting in the restaurant for 30 minutes I smelled like pepper lunch. Dinner time was packed. I managed to get a seat quickly. But it got busy really quickly. Expect a wait for dinner.
Love the Truffled Mushroom Creme Beef Rump Strip! I added-on chicken & scallops ‘cause I eat quite a lot. Will be great if this is a permanent item on the menu!
I really enjoy the food at Pepper Lunch. The rich aroma of black pepper is irresistible, and I always finish every bite. Today, I tried the new scallop and salmon dish—it was absolutely delicious. However, the restaurant was filled with smoke, which was a bit overwhelming. I hope the ventilation system can be improved.
I had dinner with my friends at Bedok Pepper Lunch. The part-timer (Jovan) was very nice and explained to us how to order the food. However, the place was SUPER HOT, like the air con was not on, so I went to the cashier to buy a drink. I guess it was a manager who was wearing a grey uniform. I told him some feedback; your air conditioning seems like it's not on, and he just replied that it is on. 😩 The way he replied to me was like he was used to it and couldn’t do anything.
