Pezzo @ Bedok Mall

Service was bad. Cashier look like he didnt want to take order and when I asked a gentleman who was at the pizza counter to take my order, he just stood and used his handphone instead when he saw and knew I called him to order pizza. Both malay guys and very bad service. Please train ur staff. If don’t want to work don’t work :)

Came here to get a set of lunch, the staff is really impatient and unfriendly. I saw a freshly baked and I point to that to ask a hot only. But she still gives me a cold one. Her face show her impatient. It’s not a good way in service line.

Normally when I order the beef lasagne from other outlets like tampines and pasir ris, I get a lot of sauce with the dish. However, when I ordered from bedok mall's Pezzo a day ago, the lasagne was sauceless. I took the whole thing out of the foil and there was no sauce at all. The chunks of beef were also mostly tendons. Tasted like pasty fats. Called them a few times on their listed phone number but no response. Disappointing.

My personal opinion.. Pezzo pizza has one of the better pizza dough amongst all pizza fast food chains. Their pizza dough is soft and fragrant. I particularly like their Truffle mushroom pizza. It's really delicious. Their Hawaiian pizza is average... They don't offer cheese powder as standard, need to pay.

Pezzo Pizza is absolutely worth another visit. They’ve recently revamped their menu and takeaway pizzas, and the result is seriously impressive. I’ve tried the Spicy Chicken and the Hot Salami so far;both were packed with generous portions of meat, full of flavour, and perfectly balanced. It’s also easily one of my favourite pizza doughs – great texture, great bite, and it holds everything together beautifully. If you haven’t been back in a while, give it another try. Highly recommended.
