Service ok. The pancake thingy is quite good. Drink also nice. But the place is really small. Only three table.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of one of the lady staff. She seemed unhappy while taking our order and continuously gave unfriendly looks and answers, making the whole experience unpleasant. I've noticed multiple reviews over the past year highlighting the same issue with this staff member, one review even had her photo posted, yet the same rude behaviour is still displayed by her, and it's disappointing to see that the management hasn't taken any action despite numerous complaints. The owner's responses seem like a template, lacking any real effort to address the problem. I hope the management can look into this and provide better training or support to their staff to ensure all customers have a pleasant experience. Perhaps management should review if she's a good fit for the role - if she's not happy to work there, maybe she can look somewhere else. No point continuing to work with that attitude, while she can look to work somewhere else that can make her happy.
Had coffee, Taiwan milk tea and ice cream here. I love the coffee which is very aromatic and is strong but not over powering. My wife loves the milk tea with zero sugar. The kids did not finish the ice cream which was a surprise.
4 stars for pricey yakult chrysanthemum bubble tea, which is a bit bitter, but that's the usual for chrysanthemum tea. Not many options for non-caffeine. Quite expensive for one medium cup at sgd4.9 (not large). Grape pearls is additional sgd 1.3, so total for one cup is sgd6.2. Good service from staff though they aren't sure which drinks are non caffeinated but they did say they will clarify internally with headquarters. Seating area seats about 15 pax, place quite clean and seats comfy. Not noisy even though near claw machine shop and hairdresser. Good place to chill for a while with friends. Can also get ice cream. Will recommend.
Staff overworked i guess. Makes me feel like im such a burden to order from her. Just ordered one drink and no crowd around.
