Pleasant experience first time eating Poppy Sausage & Egg Muffin Meal. Consisting of a sizable sausage patty, fried egg & a complete cheese slice between a toasty muffin, crisped hash brown and Tropicana orange juice. I like the sausage meat patty taste that is slight salty. Like that the dining area is clean.

Popeyes is definitely one of my fav fried chicken brands — I just can’t get enough of their chicken and that biscuit.

Dear Popeyes Management, I am extremely angry with the experience at your outlet. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding today experience at your outlet. 1. Queue Issue: My number was 96, but instead of calling it, the staff skipped ahead and served 97 and 98 before me. This is completely unfair, unprofessional, and shows very poor queue management. What kind of nonsense service is this? Customers pay money and expect fairness, not to be ignored. 2. Food Hygiene: Even more concerning, the food I was served was dirty and unhygienic. Please see the attached photos for reference — the burger contained what appeared to be black/foreign matter inside the food, which is absolutely unacceptable. This is a serious food safety issue and raises major concerns about your kitchen hygiene standards. Customers should not have to worry about consuming unsafe food at a well-known international chain like Popeyes. I paid for proper food, not trash. If this is the standard Popeyes is giving, then it’s a shame for such a big brand. I expect a proper explanation, refund, and action against the staff involved. Don’t give me excuses — fix your hygiene and service immediately. I request that this matter be investigated immediately. I also expect a formal apology and assurance that stricter hygiene and service standards will be enforced so such incidents do not happen again. Thank you!

Finished ordering at 6:43pm (2 pcs meal with mac) Order wasnt ready until 7:11pm Order isnt even correct as was served root beer instead of pepsi black as shown ordered on receipt Takes almost 30 minutes to get 2 pieces of pre fried chicken and pre cooked mac ready? Is this still fast food? Where have the standards gone Portion size for mac n cheese ala carte at 3.20 is ridiculous, just charge a higher price for a reasonable portion. Served just 2 spoonfuls of mac? Chairs are dirty, clearly who ever is in charge of this outlet doesnt give 2 shits about standards After taking a look at a few of their 5 star reviews, noticed that are many accounts with 5 star reviews for only multiple popeyes outlet 🤣 Are these reviews legitmate or fake??

First time had to actually make an effort to write a super bad review. They want to introduce a new breakfast menu but standard isn’t there, even the waffle is burnt on the underside, it felt like the staff wasn’t train to use the waffle machine properly or the machine was faulty. I hope all the bad reviews eventually will get the management to resolve the understaffed issue, as i think it isn’t the staff’s fault. Cut cost = cut revenue also, and you gain unhappy customers.
