Poulet at Causeway Point delivers what it usually does best. Good food and genuinely attentive service. The staff were warm, efficient, and made the meal feel easy and pleasant, which always counts for a lot. Food-wise, it is consistently reliable. The mashed potato deserves a special mention because it remains hands down the best thing on the menu. Creamy, comforting, and dangerously addictive. You could order it alone and still leave happy. The only drawback is the atmosphere, and honestly, it is not really their fault. The location works against them a little. If you are seated behind the escalator, the space feels enclosed and cave-like, which takes away from the otherwise nice dining experience. Overall, still a solid choice for good French comfort food in the mall. Just try to avoid the seats near the escalator and you will enjoy it much more.

Best decision I made to have lunch here. Absolutely loved what we had today; aglio olio prawn pasta, brussels and brocoli (THE BEST among the best), mushroom soup, drinks. One of the staff, Tina provided absolute 10/10 service, super friendly, super accommodating and always smile on the face! Definitely will come again! ❤️

First time dining here and I really enjoyed it. The food was great, especially the roast chicken which was juicy and well seasoned. Portions were satisfying and everything came out pretty quickly. Service was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and pleasant throughout the meal. The only thing I found a bit odd was the island in the middle of the restaurant. It does not seem to serve much purpose and diners end up sitting side by side like at a bar. If it were removed, it feels like they could easily fit a few 4-pax tables there, which would be more comfortable and allow them to serve more diners. Slightly perplexing design choice, but overall still a very enjoyable experience and I would come back again.

We ordered 3 course meal as well as alacart angel hair prawn spaghetti. Food all above expectation. However, service can be improved. It is not a busy dinner time. But waiter serve food without giving share plate. All cutlery need to request, give us an impression that they hate clean the tableware. But seems this is F&B, I assume this is normal. I will come back for food, but not the service.

Always love the hospitality by poulet, Causeway point and the friendliness of all staff. A place to visit to unwind with good food. Recently, they updated their menu with more variety. Met Tina, the new RM and she is simply awesome.
