Very disappointed and angry with the staff who Serve us. Bought five waffle and two was burnt. What will you do? If I am a staff and I give you a burn waffle will you get angry come on this is a common sense thing. If you know the waffle is burn you should not give the custome in the first place. You don’t expect the customer to check right. And the waffle is not cheap is $1.90 each. Can you please let me know what will you do if you are at my situation?

Hi I want to give 5 stars cause I love your waffles. But ever since the new young staff take over. The waffles is not crispy anymore. It is too soft. Like they just want to get it done over with it.

An experience on Monday 17 November 2025. The reason I give two stars is only thanks to good service by Hirinya. I would give her more if I could. Unfortunately other staff at the outlet spoilt it all. I reached the mall at about 1pm that day with a few errands to run including buying a cake. As I am unfamiliar with the mall and since I saw this cake shop with the type of cake I was looking for I requested to order it, pay for it in full, that they hold it and I collect ir before I leave a couple of hours later. The staff whom I initially spoke to was dismissive and deflecting, ultimately pretending to not understand my request. That’s when Hirinya stepped in and truly went the extra mile, making my experience better. She accommodated my request in a responsible manner. When I went to collect the cake, Hirinya was not there. (I don’t blame her for it). However a replacement could not be bothered about the fact that I was standing at the counter for a good few minutes and the staff with poor attitude earlier, intentionally sidelined me to bill for two other customers who arrived at the counter after I did. I hope that the management can credit Hirinya for delivering above and beyond her call of duty and take action on the other ignorant staff.

This is my favourite outlet to get my favourite waffles! Despite many people waiting to get waffles, the two young ladies, a Malaysian Chinese and an Indian, are always patient and cheerful. There was once I went back to collect my waffle and was told I had to wait a while more because she was redoing the waffle which turned out a little burnt. Thumbs up for taking such pride in their service ! 👍 always serving people with a ready smile! You go, girls!

Service at Prima Deli Bedok Mall is really disappointing. Two staff — one making waffles, the other behind prepping — but no one at the cashier. Customers waiting, but the waffle staff didn’t even bother to help. The other just stayed hidden. So slow and such poor efficiency at the service line.
