Project Açaí

It was a delicious bowl of açaí that never fails to perk me up after a long day at work. I ordered the Cookie Crussh Açaí Bowl and really appreciate Project Açaí for always ensuring the fruits are fresh. I’ve seen the crew preparing the fruits and açaí blend fresh every day, which shows their commitment to quality. The açaí blend still tastes just as good as when I first became a loyal patron a few years ago. I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to thank the crew for doing their best despite the busy rush hours. It’s not easy handling so many orders and I truly appreciate their effort and great service! Thank you Project Açaí VivoCity!

I follow vegan diet. Was happy to see avocado toast available here as an option. After having it within 10 minutes my stomach started paining and I puked. Surely the food was stale. I had to leave for home immediately. This is today’s experience couple of hours back. I am still in pain.

Wanted to have something sweet and was waiting to order. Did not realise it’s self service until a PASSERby told me. Meanwhile the staff was standing in front of facing the wall doing some prep work and ignoring me . I m quite tall and big so obviously he can see me. I m sorry but I w take my $$ elsewhere when it had to be a passerby that explained to me. Good luck Project. Update : I appreciate the reply fr Project Açai. All I can say is, improve your customer service because at the end of the day, what differentiates you from other açai company is the service . Your reply instead of being apologetic is defensive. If u have the CCtV u could also see I had to look very closely to your printed menu as my eyesight is not very good. Expecting all customers to notice that it is a self service kiosk is self entitled. Replying to me that you wish the best for me too is sarcasm at its best.

Delicious açai options with seats available for dine-in. Will recommend their açai drink (“Where my chocolate abs?l) and their açai bowls (“Nuts for açai bowl” and “Cookie crussh açai bowl”. There is also an ongoing promotion, which features a National Day special açai bowl with sesame.

I ordered a large DIY açaí bowl, expecting it to be the same size and quality as the large açaí bowl listed on the menu. However, what I received was completely different. The standard large bowl is nicely layered (açaí, fruits, açaí, fruits), but the DIY version was just a massive slab of açaí with a sparse amount of toppings dumped on top. I didn’t realise how lacking it was until I reached the bottom - by then, it was too late and very disappointing. When I approached the counter to clarify, all three staff members just stared at me until I had to ask, “Can I speak to someone?” No one stepped up to help until then. The customer service was honestly terrible. When I asked about the difference between the bowls, the staff member responded rudely, saying there’s a difference between the DIY and menu items. I explained that no one informed me of this at the time of ordering, but she dismissively pointed to the empty display bowls and said, “You can see that there are two different bowls here.” How would i know? I don’t work there. Was i supposed to read her mind? I paid over $15 for a bowl that didn’t meet expectations in quality or service. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. Would not recommend this place.
