RAMEN KIOU

There’s a lot of ramen stores in SG and most of them hits the spot but nothing really memorable. I maybe have two really good meals that I would actually go back two here. This will be the 3rd one. What I had is what seems a limited time “Extra Rich” Tonkatsu Shio and Miso broth. This I consider worthy of them keeping as permanent in the menu. It reminded me of some really memorable ramen I have had in numerous places in Osaka. So if you have been there and miss that excellent ramen from that region, now you have place nearby to go to at NEX. I’ll be going back 😋

Authentic Osaka-style ramen that truly stands out from typical ramen shops. The ramen broth is rich and flavorful, and I absolutely love the chashu—it’s tender, juicy, and packed with taste. The fried rice is a delight, with small pieces of fried fish, chicken, and dried sakura shrimp that add an extra layer of flavor. Service is excellent, and there’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended to families who love ramen.

Tucked in the corner of the Japanese section of NEX. Plenty of seating with pleasant staff. Remember to take alook at their set meals and addition sidr options. Tasty wise was average, serving portion was decent.

There was a set meal offer and both of us got the same ramen. The ramen taste great with decent broth. Great value and impressed by the attentive staff despite it the crowd. Seat was very close to others which make conversation hard. Will definitely visit again during off peak.

We had a great meal at Ramen Kiou in Serangoon Central. The broth was rich and full of flavor, making every bite satisfying. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the chashu was wonderfully tender. A must-try for any ramen lover
