Rasapura Masters
wow — it’s a whole vibe 🌿✨ The foodcourt has had a full glow-up, inspired by Singapore’s Garden City charm. Think kinetic lights, ripple ceilings, and a massive LED screen that literally brings Gardens by the Bay to life while you eat 😍 But let’s be real… the food is the main event 😏 This isn’t your usual foodcourt. Rasapura Masters now houses five Michelin-recognised brands, exciting newcomers, and plenty of local classics, all under one roof. Five Michelin-recognised stalls you need to know: 🍜 Da Shi Jia Big Prawn Mee 🦀 JC Seafood by Jiao Cai Seafood 🍛 Nana Curry 🍛 Indian Express by Song of India 🍗 Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang Foodcourt newbies and local favourites: Ampang Yong Tau Foo 🥢, Odeon Beef Noodle 🥩, King Grouper Fish Soup 🐟, Kok Kee Wonton Noodle, Thye Hong Hokkien Mee — all comforting hits. Feeling adventurous? Try Pondok Nasi Padang, Thai Dynasty, Jia Jia Le Cuisine, Dingtele Shanghai Cuisine, or Myeongdong Bunsik for bold regional flavours. Western-style bites? Ali’s Grill and Pepper Lunch Express. Sweet-toothed? Nine Fresh and R&B Tea have dessert exclusives you can only get here 🍰🥤 Late-night cravings? Covered ⏰ Some stalls run 24/7 — Zhen Neng Zhu Ban Mian, Ju Fu Bak Kut Teh, JINXI Fishball Noodles, Ju Bao Xuan Mala Hotpot… random 2 AM craving? Sorted. And here’s what we tried: 🦀 JC Seafood – Sambal Stringray, Sambal Sweet Potato Leaf, and Prawn Paste Chicken. Sambal stringray = perfectly spicy, sweet potato leaf = seriously so yum 🌶️, prawn paste chicken = packed with umami 🍛 Nana Curry – Chicken Curry Set with baguette and roti prata. Creamy, aromatic, just the right spice 🍗 Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang – Fragrant, spicy, heritage hawker vibes in every bite 🍜 Da Shi Jia Big Prawn Mee – Rich prawn broth, perfectly cooked noodles, succulent prawns
Rasapura Masters is a great stop if you’re looking for an affordable-ish food option inside Marina Bay Sands. It’s located at one end of the mall and feels like a more premium version of a hawker centre, with a wide mix of cuisines all in one place. You’ll find Indian, Thai, Malay, Chinese, Western options, hotpot, and more, so it’s easy to satisfy a group with different cravings. Prices generally range from about $10–$20 per plate, which is definitely on the higher side compared to regular hawker centres, but that’s pretty much expected given the MBS location. For what you’re paying, the quality holds up well. Taste-wise, the stalls I tried were genuinely good, and overall the food here ranks among some of the better options you’ll find in a food court setting. Seating is plentiful, but so are the crowds. It gets very busy, especially during peak hours, and the area is constantly buzzing. Pro tip: chope your seats before ordering, otherwise you might end up awkwardly juggling trays while hunting for a table. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient dining spot with good variety and reliable food in a prime location.
Located in the basement of the MBS mall, this food court is a solid, affordable option for visitors who want to avoid high restaurant prices. It’s great to see a conscious effort to bring in famous, branded hawker stalls from across the island. While prices are naturally higher given the location, the wide variety is a plus. However, the experience is slightly marred by the intense crowds and poor ventilation, which can make your clothes smell of food after.
I have finally been to newly reopened Rasapura Masters food court at Marina Bay Sands. I gotta say I loved their new airy Garden City-inspired look! And it’s also nice to eat hawker food with AC sometimes! There are five Michelin-recognised brands and some new food court entrants! The Michelin recognised stalls are these, Da Shi Jia Big Prawn Mee, JC Seafood by Jiao Cai Seafood, Nana Curry, Indian Express by The Song of India and Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang.
newly opened popiah-making stall located in the middle of the food court. despite costing $3.50 for a plain (traditional) popiah, it is the best popiah I’ve ever eaten. this popiah isn’t like any other popiah in Singapore. it has coriander and minced garlic added, which surprisingly elevate the entire dish. as a popiah lover, this combination of crunchy fried bits, chopped peanuts, chilli, and generous sweet sauce definitely blew me away. the skin and filling were also cooked perfectly. 10/10 will always be back for it as long as the quality remains consistent
