Everything we ate were delicious. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The view was great! MUST TRY IF YOU WANT THAI FOOD AND WHEN YOU WANT RICE. I RECOMMEND!

Satay a bit too smallllll!! The rest tastes well coz not only tried this restaurant at this branch only… Overall tastes good will still go but no ordering satay anymore lor hhhh Friday evening needs to queue around 15-25mins but compares to the rest restaurants here already quite less people…

One of the best airport dining experiences I have had. Really good food with very good service* in front of a waterfall. The caveat for service comes because we were waiting 10 minutes after being sat and watching others who came in after us being served. Alas, then explained to us that ordering goes through a web site and QR code. Anyway, the waiter apoligetic and definitely at least 4 star plus for airport dining.

I had a truly wonderful dining experience at Sanook Jewel. I ordered the tom yum with noodles along with the fried prawn cake, and both dishes exceeded my expectations. The tom yum has always been my go-to menu item whenever I visit Sanook — whether here or at other branches — and once again, it absolutely hit the spot. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right level of spice and tanginess. The fried prawn cake was also a highlight. The portion was generous, more than enough for both me and my mom to share. The prawns were juicy, the texture was just right, and the taste was simply delicious. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. Veron, Iris, Roy, and Elias took such great care of us throughout the meal. They were warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything was served just right and that we felt welcome and comfortable.

Thai food to the sound of waterfall. Colourful and tasteful. Prompt and efficient customer focus. Affordable in price. Irresistible in taste. Entire experience voyages one back to Thailand.
