Description

Strawberry Sunrise and Green Passion are the breakfast heroes here—vibrant, cold-pressed jolts of actual fruit that taste like morning got it right. The Hi Tension tropical juice delivers a punch of passion fruit and mango that'll wake your taste buds, while their Healthy Juice lineup (pick H-18 or H-22) goes the leafy green route for the virtuous crowd. Fair warning: reviews are mixed, so hit them during peak hours when the fruit's freshest.

I visited today and tried the new avocado + coconut smoothie, but unfortunately the taste was quite poor. It was genuinely disappointing. I also noticed that many of the smoothies seem to be made with fruit jam instead of fresh ingredients, which raises concerns about quality and healthiness. Customers deserve to know what they’re consuming, so I would recommend choosing carefully. A bigger issue was the ClassPass scheduling. Afternoon slots are extremely limited — there are consistently no available bookings between 4:45 pm and 7 pm. I booked the 7 pm slot and arrived early because my phone battery was low and I needed it for my commute home. The store wasn’t busy at all during that time, yet the staff still refused to start my order until exactly 7 pm. I fully understand that businesses need to follow policies, but there was clearly flexibility available. The rigid refusal to accommodate a simple, reasonable request left a very poor impression. It felt as though serving ClassPass customers was more of an obligation than something they genuinely cared about. I have been a loyal ClassPass user for years and have consistently given 5-star reviews to every service I’ve tried. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, solely because the experience was noticeably below standard and could easily have been handled with better customer care.

SF Fruits & Juices at VivoCity is a convenient stop for fresh beverages while shopping or taking a break from the crowds. The stall is located along the mall walkway with a clear, open counter, making it easy to order without blocking foot traffic. The area is step-free and wheelchair accessible, suitable for quick takeaway. The menu focuses on freshly prepared fruit juices and smoothies, with a good range of options. It’s a suitable choice if you’re looking for dairy-free drinks, and there are naturally vegan-friendly selections made purely from fruits. Portions are decent, and pricing is reasonably priced for a shopping mall location, especially considering the freshness of the ingredients. Service is generally quick, and contactless payment options are accepted, which helps during peak hours. There’s no dedicated seating as it’s a takeaway stall, but plenty of public seating is available nearby within VivoCity. The overall vibe is casual and bustling, with a steady flow of shoppers, families, and tourists throughout the day. A practical option for a refreshing drink when you want something light, fresh, and easy to grab on the go.

I ordered a mango with berries smoothie and it sounded good, but then when they were preparing it I noticed the mango wasn't real mango, it was a concentrate full of sugar 😐 I didn't see if the berries were real, probably not. The smoothie tasted all but natural, the price was 9 dollars so nothing cheap. It is not worth it at all, 2 stars because the lady was nice, that's all.

I visit your store 4-5 times in a week at different branches to get my daily fruits. Most of the time the experience was ok, fast service, fass free transactions. Besides today during my visit at Vivocity branch around 2:10-2:15pm. There was no customer in the queue, so I took down my earpiece and ordered two slices of fruit when I was on my meeting calls. However, your service crew an indian guy was talking loudly to me that " I cannot hear you. You can hear yourself and I cannot hear you." Then I took down my earpiece again and repeated my order with a higher volume. Then he keyed only 1 of my items. So I had to took down my earpiece and repeat the 3rd time patiently. Where your staff started to shout to me that he cannot hear and repeat the same thing. I did not want to argue with him and just took my item and left with such disappointed service. I don't think I deserve the rude service from the staff. And I do not expect any exceptional service or even a smile from the staff but at least be polite to customers without shouting.

Reached at 9.50pm tried to get a juice but was turned down (was told “no more already) even before I ordered. According to Google, your business hours are apparently up till 9.30pm. Look at the 2 photos, taken at 9.51pm. Your staff were still willing to sell to these 2 customers, but were unwilling to sell juice to me even before I ordered. Is this how you do business??
