Shabu Sai Causeway Point

Always an enjoyable dining 🍽️ experience at Shabu Sai Causeway Point . Shabu Sai is one of my favourite buffet restaurants cos of their excellent customer service, value for money buffet with wide range of ingredients including including free flow of soda and hot beverages + delicious soft serve 🍦 ice cream. They didn’t provide fresh fruits though. It would be another plus point if they have fresh fruits. Didn’t catch the name of the staff but the tall male , dark skinned … seemed to be Chinese server who brought us to our table was extremely friendly and helpful . He also immediately provided a new bottle of chocolate syrup when I was getting my soft serve 🍦 ice cream and discovered the chocolate syrup had ran out. The manager Mr Tamil, who handled the payment transaction for us, was also very friendly. Looking forward to going back there again.

Nothing crazy special to be honest. The food is decent. The service from my experience was really good, really nice staff. But the main thing is good value for money.

Shabu Sai Overall, Shabu Sai at Causeway Point offers a pleasant dining experience, the pork, beef, and chicken are nicely sliced, thin, and fresh, making them very appealing for hotpot. The vegetables are also fresh and well-kept, and the ice cream is a delightful way to end the meal. The only downside is the 70-minute dining limit, which can feel a bit rushed, especially since hotpot takes time to cook and enjoy. Thankfully, the staff didn’t chase us out even after we exceeded the time limit. It would be wonderful if they could extend it to 120 minutes(two hours) would be just right for a comfortable and satisfying hotpot experience.

An awesome dining experience! The layout is cozy and the seating is private and spacious. The salad and sauce selection is extensive and will certainly leave you fulfilled. The ordering is easy and the food delivery and waitron attentiveness is BRILLIANT. We did not need to wait for our trays of pork, chicken or beef. Even though the lunch limits patrons to a maximum of 70 minutes, it's more than enough to truly enjoy and savor this experience. Highly recommended!

We went here for dinner on 19 December. Half way through, i accidentally knock over my glass of water onto the sofa seat. Water spilled over the sofa and i was frantically wiping it away using the tissue on the table. Mr Tamil walked past, saw the situation and came over with lots of tissue for us without us asking for it. It definitely helped shorten the clean up time and he offered to dispose it for us. Great service by Mr Tamil, appreciate it. Their Mala Tomato soup base is a great option for people who cannot handle too spicy soup but still wants that gentle kick of spice. Please extend our thanks to Mr Tamil for his great service. Will be back again.
