Shake Shake in a tub

Ordered the sourcream flavour for fries and bbq pop corn chicken. Powder was sufficient this time and everything nicely coated. Best to dine in or eat immediately to enjoy the crispy piping hot concoction.

Very rude staff, not sure why she can’t tell customers nicely that the sweet potato balls can’t be flavoured. Received a loud “HUH?!” when I requested for a flavour without knowing. Awful, no basic decency and respect for a paying customer.

Waited 30 mins for a takeaway on Sunday evening. The counter staff explained that a system error occurred and the kitchen wasn’t receiving our orders made via the restaurant terminals. Meanwhile, delivery app customers enjoyed speedy service as their food was packed and picked up in no time. Only after a growing line of frustrated takeaway customers started complaining did the staff finally spring into action. The kitchen staff, rather than apologizing, responded by throwing burgers into paper bags with impressive enthusiasm. Oddly enough, the burger tasted better than usual. Maybe throw them even harder next time!

Food is good. But idk I think no more hype for it ald leh unlike the last time I had it. The staff was nice enough to explain to me the difference between the normal burger and the limited edition burger, so kudos to her! Nowadays it’s very hard to find staff who are very knowledgable in the product they sell esp in customer service like fast food industry. The cheese fries was a let down. I rmb it being exceptionally delicious. Not anymore.

Another nice dinner at Shake Shack. Always enjoyed eating the Shack Burger, Fries and Chicken Bites. Fresh, juicy and tasting beef patty though the buns were a wee bit on the cold side. Fries were nicely fried and hot. Chicken Bites made from whole pieces of chicken meat and not minced chicken meat. Honey mustard goes well with both Chicken Bites and Fries. Vanilla Milkshake hit the right spot for me at least. Lemonade was nice too. A bit crowded due to I.T. at Suntec but still managed to find seats within 5 minutes of waiting.
