So Pho

The staff were very attentive and detail-oriented, and never forgot our requirements. My father needed the bean sprouts to be fully cooked, and my basil rice also needed all ingredients, including the egg, to be fully cooked as I am pregnant and cannot eat sunny-side-up eggs. Everything was prepared exactly according to our requests. The food was still very nice, just like our first visit. We always want to come back to this outlet.

So Pho is one of the better chains around. This time, I pushed myself to take the spicy version of the Sirloin Pho as it was the holidays 😈 After a taste, I figured out it's the normal broth with the chili (from the table condiments) added into the soup. Plenty of chicken in my dad's noodle soup that we had to help. While the classics like sliced beef beef ball noodle soup and bún noodles being my mum's preference for dry tossed noodles. There's always something for everyone here and the value sets and buddy meals are attractive.

Thursday 29 May 2025, 12 pm First Visit to So Pho @ Jem Tried So Pho at Jem for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Rice — it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was incredibly tender and full of flavour. My colleagues had the beef noodle soup, which came piping hot with fresh noodles and tasty, well-seasoned beef. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean with a well-managed crowd, making the dining experience very pleasant. We also enjoyed the drinks — refreshing and flavorful! 😊 Overall, So Pho is a great spot for team lunches or casual gatherings. Will definitely come back again!

I had an amazing experience at So Pho! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted authentic and satisfying. The service was excellent as well; the staff were friendly, attentive.Highly recommend So Pho to anyone who loves great Vietnamese cuisine!

Ordered pho bo cay, was good but it gave me food poisoning. I saw that multiple other reviewers have also commented that dining at the restaurant gave them food poisoning, with the most recent one being just 3 months ago. I suspected it was from the raw veggies that came along with my pho. The pho was delicious nonetheless, so 2 stars.
