Soup Restaurant 三盅两件 - VivoCity

I had a wonderful dining experience at Soup Restaurant (VivoCity), thanks especially to Lee Yoke Chu. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our meal. From explaining the menu clearly to checking in at the right moments without being intrusive, her service made us feel very well taken care of. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced the overall experience, turning a simple meal into a pleasant and memorable one. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and customer service. We appreciate her service where she timely topped up our tea, chilli and also the ginger sauce for the steamed chicked. Appreciate the excellent service — we’ll definitely be back!

Soup Restaurant is a non-negotiable stop whenever I visit Singapore. While they have several locations, the VivoCity branch is my absolute favorite because of the stunning views of the harbor and Sentosa Island from the dining area. For me, their Samsui Ginger Chicken paired with Yang Chow Fried Rice is the perfect meal in Singapore outside of the hawker centers. I recently visited with my wife and teenage sons in December '25. Our last visit was back in 2019; the boys were too young to remember it then, so it was wonderful to reintroduce them to these flavors now that they are older. We were starving, so we ordered the Large Chicken, Large Yang Chow, and a Medium Sweet and Sour Pork. My wife worried we had over-ordered, but the food was so good that my boys (and I!) polished off every single bite. The service was exceptional. We arrived just before noon, and our server actually rushed to get our order in specifically so we could qualify for the 10% "early bird" discount (available 11 AM – 12 PM). She also mentioned a larger 20% discount for tea-time diners (2:30 PM – 4 PM). On top of that, the food arrived in under 10 minutes. If you are in VivoCity, do try this place out. You won't regret it!

We were here today to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and once again this place did not disappoint. Enjoyed the delicious spread which included Samsui Chicken, claypot tofu and many more others. It’s our go-to spot for celebrations thanks to the consistently great food and service. Special thanks to Alan, Yoke Chu, and Cindy for their wonderful hospitality—an enjoyable dining experience as always.
