As a regular customer, I truly appreciate how Judith remembers my orders and always serves with a genuine smile. She’s incredibly patient and makes sure that every order is correct. One Friday morning while I went to have my breakfast I ordered my favourite pastry. When I’m about to tear open the jam packet it’s difficult to open till I had tear to half . I ask the staff to get a new one for me. I noticed that the staff was cough slightly using mouth to cover but the mask did not put on. Instated that the staff cut it with scissors and give it to me and not a new pack. It’s so unhygienic as already a customer standing in front of you and do that. Was thinking why the other friendly staff not around .☹️

The cake was decent but the indian lady behind the counter skipped me to serve others who arrived after me although I had been waiting for quite some time. I could understand if she didn't see me and did it once but she did it twice in a row so it left a pretty bad impression of this outlet on me. I would have walked away if I hadn't been accompanied by an elderly parent who needed a coffee break.
