Starbucks VivoCity

The Starbucks is on the ground floor next to Uniqlo, the drinks were good as always, the design is nice and spacious. However the workers weren’t very friendly, most of them looked pissed off which i can understand since it was quite busy. Also they have a Robot where you can place your empty cups.

While this branch has been around for the longest time, its timeless design makes it look as though it were built only years back. It is one of the more spacious branches around and there is comfortable space between tables. Service is brisk and efficient, though not particularly warm, which is fine as the only contact point is ordering. Ordered both seasonal matcha drinks to try. Both drinks were superb! The oat milk complemented the pistachio which blended into the matcha for one , and the strawberry compote contrasted starkly from the matcha, bringing a refreshing twist for the other. Though it is not a pet-friendly branch, there are seats round the corner, outside Starbucks and within VivoCity, where you can enjoy your drinks in the company of your pets.

What a disappointing store. Hot cappuccino taste less . Java chip Frappuccino taste not up to the standard only sweet. This is the second SB store I rated low star. Including Woodleigh store are poor too.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. But there should be a LIMIT to how long customers can stay here. It’s the weekend, I want to grab a bite & sit down and rest. After 30 minutes I’d be gone. But the other customers here are CAMPING like they’re homeless, taking up tables people can use to use their phones for HOURS. People do work at the tables then leave the place for long times, making waiting customers wonder- If your food is finished and youre not here, why am I still waiting on you? Please work on this Starbucks Vivo, it has always been an issue.

Visited the VivoCity outlet and was greeted by very horrible service. The worse starbucks service of my life ever, so so so horrible and disappointing. Right from the get go, the man at the cashier (moustache, darker skin) was super impatient about taking the order - i mentioned that i was using my 50% voucher but yet upon payment the full amount showed up and had to remind him. During payment, when i was trying to scan my starbucks card, he was rushing me though there wasn’t a long queue, and even went “can already can already”. To make matters worse, he messed up my drink order and was obviously not paying attention when i mentioned that i wanted a cold foam and not a frappe, which led to the team making the wrong drink. When prompted, they reluctantly re made my drink and it was handed to me extremely full and leaking all over the table (there was a full pool), and obviously i couldn’t take that drink if not I would have gotten my hands dirty and more would spill on me as well. The barista Arinabi (can’t remember exactly), was also super rude and scoffy about it, he threw the table cloth over for his colleague to clean it and when asked if i could just have the initial drink since i could see how horribly they were making the new drink, he straight up said No - in a horrible tone. I have been purchasing from starbucks for so many years and i think this could be my first and most horrendous experience here ever…BTW the drink re made was so bad still, it’s my 3rd time ever ordering a Cold Brew w Pumpkin Foam and this drink was obviously not made properly as u can tell by the colour ( the taste was soooo off).
