There was barely any salad in my daily bowl? Like I had a few strips of lettuce and likely 2 pieces of tomato and cucumber in it.. I ordered 2 scoops of buttered corn but I only got 1. The service here is terrible honestly..

I ordered lettuce twice and cabbage twice — a total of four scoops of vegetables. But the staff only added one scoop of cabbage, then added half of the already reduced amount again, and only put one scoop of lettuce. Even though my order was extremely simple and clear, they still failed to follow it properly. What’s worse is that the employee knew I was recording on camera, yet still prepared my order completely wrong. This makes me seriously question how they handle other customers’ orders when nobody is watching. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location. The staff consistently under-portion ingredients, ignore exact orders, and seem to care very little about accuracy. Because of this, my food often comes out missing ingredients or far below the proper quantity. It’s honestly disappointing and frustrating as a customer. This level of carelessness clearly shows a lack of proper training and quality control. A brand like this should not have employees who treat customer orders so casually. This store urgently needs better staff training and stricter standards. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every order or worry about missing ingredients every time.

Service is good and they were really patient. Food and ingredients are value for money. The price point is not too bad for the amount of food, choice of sauces and variety of ingredients available. Their daily bowl seems to be the best options and the most value for money. Their choice of sauces is rather unique and tasty as well. Most of the ingredients are rather fresh and healthy too! The shop is located in the basement just across Cold Storage and near to the link entrance to the MRT.

Well packed and delivered on time despite peak hour on a Sunday. Salsa and sauces were on point, complementing the nicely baked kebab and quesadilla skins. Recommended!

I always enjoy getting my meal from Stuff’d at NEX! The staff are friendly, quick, and attentive even during busy hours. My burrito was freshly made, generous in portion, and packed neatly. Ingredients tasted fresh, and they never get my order wrong. Definitely one of the better Stuff’d outlets — consistent and reliable service every time.
