Sukiya Gyudon • Curry (Suntec City)
Was attracted by the price which is super economic. After trying first time, the portion is good for adult, confirm fill up your stomach unless you are have a big stomach than average people. The beef is super tender and nice. Sauce goes well with the beef and rice. It's yummy sauce that makes you eat more. There are few options you can choose without adding additional money that comes with the set, example miso soup with vegi. The vegi is fresh. I would prefer to add a little bit of money to have their chicken. Which is fried so tasty and nice.
This beef bowl is an absolute triumph and deserves every single one of these five stars. It's more than just a quick meal—it's a profoundly satisfying experience. The beef is incredibly tender, sliced perfectly thin, and coated in a savory-sweet sauce that hits all the right notes without being overpowering. Each bite is rich and deeply flavorful. Crucially, the generous portion of succulent meat sits atop a bed of fluffy, perfectly steamed rice, allowing the juices and sauce to soak down and infuse the entire dish with flavor. The presentation is simple but beautiful, usually topped with fresh green onions and a dash of pickled ginger that cuts through the richness beautifully. The value for the quality you receive is outstanding. If you’re looking for the ultimate comfort food that tastes gourmet, you must try this. I’m already craving my next bowl!
Great and affordable prices for the portions! Queues start to form past 12 noon but the turnover is pretty fast. Nice booth seats for individual diners, and quite the perfect place for lunch or if you’re trying to get your protein fill.
My only favourite dish here is the original gyu don. I find it the yakiniku beef a little too salty, unless you are going for a M bowl or smaller. The pickles taste really bad! So regret having it.
Tried the Gyudon and Karaage. Tastes alright. I prefer stronger flavors from the other Gyudon place. Good value for money though.
