I had came here a few times. I enjoyed each time. Although the food isn't to my liking, the service was great. Food wise, the portion is okay but I rated down for its taste. I didn't like mushrooms and onions to be on carbonara spaghettis and on mac & cheese. It just makes it so sour. This is only according to my preference. Staff wise, the food came pretty quickly.You can expect a short line during peak periods. Waiting Staff Irene was very friendly and attentive. She reminded me of my sweet grandmother. Always checking if my food had arrived. Informed me that the icecream might take awhile. She quickly clears away empty plate too. I had seen that she also looks after customers well. Helping them with their orders. For manager Ms. Aznee, she was always on the go. One time, her staff got scalded and she kept checking on her to make sure she was ok. Heard from other staffs that she is indeed a nice manager. ♥️ Atmosphere is nice. I would usually return for the deserts for the least.

Ordered the Ribeye steak (Medium Rare). Order was overlooked and came after an hour. When the food came, the middle was still purple and raw and tried to ask to cook it. However, I’ve been trying to call the servers for nearly 10 minutes and they didnt come, or told us to wait but never came back. When they finally took the steak back to recook, it still came out raw in the middle. Since it already took this long to get my plate on the table, I decided to eat around the raw parts but in the end, the uncooked steak was more than half of the cooked. It was very disappointing as all of this wait, inconvenience and inedible food, we still paid $32.70 for the food. Cheaper steakhouses wouldn’t undercook steak twice. It is such a waste of a decent cut of meat. The person I came with also had raw in the middle tenderloin steak. So much wasted food is disappointing Also was not vegetarian and allium friendly.

The soup of the day was a bit diluted, the baked rice was nice, the chicken tenders were decent, and the kunefe ice cream was pretty good. But for about $35 I don't really think it's worth it. The manager was friendly but the waiter wasn't...

Classic Ultra Burger was good, steak abit dry and chewy but the mashed potato side is good. Overall environment and service was good. Aunty Irene is very passion towards her job and friendly.

Food is great. some staff are not so friendly. Most are ok. Environment is quiet. Thank you for the BIrthday ice cream, it is tasty. If it is served with a smile, it will be perfect.
