Had the Heritage High Tea, while the experience had some high points, there are areas that could be improved. Firstly, I must commend the manager, Naira, for her exceptional professionalism and customer service skills. She handled my feedback with grace, demonstrating both empathy and understanding. It's clear that she is experienced in customer relations which is essential for confident problem-solving. The presentation of the high tea was visually appealing; however, the food itself was a mixed bag. Some items were unfortunately too dry, while others were overly salty. The Kueh Pie Tee, in particular, was disappointing, with a texture that was both soft and hard simultaneously. Overall, while the Heritage High Tea fell short of expectations, I am confident that with some adjustments to the food quality can elevate this experience. I look forward to seeing new themes and improvements in the future. I hope the team can quickly address these issues.

The food here is rated 8/10, quite tasty, and the service is quite fast. There's also a free kids' meal if you want to order food for your little ones. You just need to order two a la carte dishes for adults. The price is in the standard category.

We enjoyed ourselves here at the Vivocity outlet. The food was excellent and service was very good especially from Ms Naira. The sauces that came with the dishes compliments the food very well. The food is well cooked to our liking and was very flavourful. Will definitely return to this cafe .

I visited the Vivo outlet twice, on 26 Dec and 27 Dec. The coffee and food were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, a staff named John stood out. When I accidentally spilled ice on the floor, he quickly used tissues to clean it up and kindly asked me not to move. His thoughtfulness really impressed me and I felt sorry that he had to go through the trouble. The environment is clean and bright. I will definitely come back :)

The ambience was the best part!! Super cosy place to have a meal / high tea at with comfortable seats to hang out and chill. Ordered the wagyu hamburg steak with omurice, as well as steak. The steak itself was nice and not too tough to chew, but the fries used to be nicer (each fries were bigger and had more crunch). The miso butter sauce was quite unique but took me awhile to get used to it. This is my first time ever trying wagyu hamburg and omurice so I don't know how it was really supposed to taste like but I liked the wagyu hamburg itself but felt a bit jelak (overwhelming). Overall still not bad, will come back mainly for the atmosphere
