The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

My wife and I were here today (14 DECEMBER 2025) for some coffee and a dessert. We were encouraged by the counter staff to indulge in TCBTL's Christmas promotions and so, we ordered the following here: an Iced Single Origin Latte Regular, a Peppermint Dark Chocolate Small with Cream through its Holiday Set Mug promotion, and a Mini Raspberry Dark Chocolate Logcake. Firstly, the Logcake was very good - very chocolatey and moist. The Coffees were very good - I especially enjoyed the Peppermint Dark Chocolate although it initially came without my earlier asked for Cream. And I do like the durable Holiday Everyday Mug. Service here was in general, good - the male ordering counter staff member was very friendly and courteous; the female staff member at the collection counter could have been friendlier. The dining ambience here was very nice - the tables were set wide apart with comfortable seating and the dining ambience here was very good.

I’m truly impressed by the service here at Suntec coffee bean. Manager Rica, staff Syarani & Yap were all very warm and made me and my colleagues feel welcomed. The staffs here have good positive attitude. This outlet is also very big, clean and cosy. Definitely will come back again! Keep up the good work!

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is going downhill with all the intense competition from the China coffee chains. The prices are way too expensive and the drinks are much less innovative. As a CBTL loyal customer, I hope you will be able to survive in the years to come.

Love this branch. Warm lighting to make me feel at ease. The chairs all felt so cozy and easy to laze around. Quite a big cafe with plenty of seating area to choose from.

Hi , initially was a pleasant visit to the cafe with the morning brunch . Unfortunately, I receive a Meji yogurt that suppose to used by 22/11/25. 🥲🥲🥲
