Tim Hortons Suntec City

Had the Maple Glazed Chicken Ham and Cheese Bagel, and Hot Maple Cinnamon Latte. Bagel was nice, served warm, inside texture was soft and chewy at the same time, but the maple chicken ham should be given more slice, it was too little and thin. Maple Cinnamon Latte was good and served hot. Appreciate the barista read my customize note and made exactly as I ordered. The outlet quite small but it’s comfortable.

Tried the maple cream cold brew. The coffee itself was aromatic with rich, nutty undertones with a more acidic flavor profile. While acidity isn't my thing, the maple cream added the right touch of sweetness to balance it out without overpowering the coffee.

Not a pleasant experience as they not serve the food appropriately, as I order a cake and pie . However, they just put at the same plate. As I think it should put separately, as it will be having by two different people 😮. Otherwise the food taste is ok 🥹

Timbits... Donuts... Coffee. Confectionary items from Canada! Even has tumblers and cups with Tim Horton's emblazoned on it. Sandwiches are similar priced and look better at least on show. Imported Timbits cost more here though, even if they are donut holes. Competing against the Krispy Kreme donuts nearby. Can the Canadian product stand up to the challenge?

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Jannah. Her customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive. She was patient, helpful, and made the whole ordering process pleasant. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares. Keep up the great work!
