Go there a lot, there sause is amazing and they have a widespread selection, you can have it as a snack with Ala carte or add rice for a whole meal! Amazing.

Rather overpriced for a proper meal: minimum 4 skewers and rice, which will cost $8++. Their chicken balls are also getting smaller. Their customer service sucks, even when they messed up they don't really care because they don't need your money.

The Vietnamese cashier working at the store, her attitude was rude, disrespectful and mean, she kept bullying the new Chinese woman when she was preparing the food in front of us (customers) which was very frustrating as she had a different type of attitude when she was speakinh mandarin which was unexpected , she gave me a mean and disrespectful attitude and face even though I repeated it twice. It was such an horrible and rude experience, I would never come here ever again.

They recently had few new staffs working at the store and the service is horrible. I was there at around 1:45pm and most of the set menu items ran out. Few customers willing to wait there for the order including me that ordered a set A waiting for 1 skewer of pork. Also ordered additional 3 other skewers which is available. Cashier A requested me to pay for my order first without packing my food items which i agreed. While waiting, staff B that going for lunch break took the last jumbo pork sausage which i ordered. So i asked cashier A, she said she told me need to wait. I said yes i know i had to wait for the pork but not pork sausage as when i ordered it was there but she didnt pack, then staff B quickly apologise and return the jumbo pork sausage. Cashier A still argued and said she already told me to wait, as pork and pork sausage are cooking at the same time. I mentioned she only said to wait for pork and i’m not aware that pork sausage is cooking as well. Next moment, cashier A packed the jumbo sausage that returned by staff B to me and told staff B is okay, take the fresh from the oven one instead sarcastically in front of me. What kind of service is this? Cashier A had a different slang when she speak Chinese which i cannot understand, and she immediately gave me a face after repeated twice. Horrible experience at this outlets.
