Ordered two box for self pick up and one without chilli as my fren is a vegan cant take your chilli and another is for myself with stir fry in But can see both boxes never follow instructions at all Really disappointed as my fren cant eat because of your mistake Add ons to this ,we are a regular customer with this outlet but the previos two times when we ordered the fried rice the standard has definitely dropped alot The taste has no wok hey smell at all and is not as good as before already not sure if you have changed your menu or chef Will minitor and might not order again if the standard keep dropping
WOK HEY has always been my go-to during schooling. It is a comforting, substantial meal after a long school day. The Cheesy Bratwurst is a definite must-try!
Ordered egg fried rice with prawns. Brought back home and realised that they did not add in the chillies. Isn’t packing in the chillies the norm, unless customers request no chillies. Come Wok Hei, train your staff to be more professional. You can do better.
I accidentally placed my order at Bedok Mall instead of Batok Batok MRT so I was not able to collect the food. I messaged to their whatsapp to just say that I can’t pick it up and they can give it away. I was offered a complimentary eVoucher without even asking any refund. So thankful! 🥰
I came from work and about to go home, I am very hungry and tired so I decided to quickly order Egg Fried Rice (BEEF) from WOK HEY BEDOK MALL before I go home and after for about 10minutes, I collected my order coz I am next on the queue number, but then the cashier which the person who take my order gave me a wrong item which is spicy Udon noodles that I don't eat. I just wasted $7.90 for nothing coz I won't be eating this wrong item for I am expecting to eat the fried rice I ordered. Very disappointed and frustrated. Do a better service, it was just one item and yet still got chance to have mistakes. Check your customer's receipt before giving the item to them, and please presence of mind, my goodness.
