WOK HEY Plaza Singapura

It's a new young cook that I didn't see before on 10/1/26. I think he totally forgot to put in the salt or seasoning when frying the rice as I went off to do errands before collecting the food. The rice was absolutely tasteless and unacceptable. I had to bring it back home and refry it again. Such inconsistent standards and QC across outlets is either exploitation of staff as just workhorses or customers for their dollar. Management, do better.

Loved the newly launched Satay Chicken Fried Rice! I enjoyed the combination of tender, juicy chicken seasoned with traditional spices and golden turmeric rice with a thick, flavourful satay sauce! ✨ I also opted for chilli for extra spice to go with the flame-grilled satay chicken! The service here was prompt and efficient to order via the QR code too!

Has always been my go to food. Fast and easy. Order online and pickup! Is my family favourite! Kids friendly too!! Love it!

Tried the Crab Meat Dry Laksa MAX, I believe it's a National Day special, super fragrant! Sauce was really thick & delicious.

Ordered truffle friend rice, paid more compare to egg friend rice yet there are no truffle taste. It tastes like egg fried rice. Plaza sing mall with high footfall but wokhey only have 1 staff in charge for cooking. Which also explained overwork and understaff causing the food standard drops.
